The Ronald Reagan impersonation sounds more like Mr. Burns from The Simpsons.
is the coin 99.99% gold in composition?
Even his hat is golden!
I know a website that offers a secret code that produces 90% success ratio on gold trading. Go check them out, just google Gold Trading Academy and make as much money as you want.
YOU BUY GOLD COINS AT ALL ?
commercials suck!!!
Demand and supply is an economic model of price determination in a market.
Silver and gold is a good long-term investment for those who can afford it, BUT it seems to me that continuous growth of the gold price is clearly due to artificial market manipulation intentionally created by rich and powerful. By escalating people’s interest and their further desires, it is obvious why price is continue sky rocketing.
Why haven’t you moved?
Some junk..! comment!!! check out my channel and watch silver!
Yes, let’s get physical
@DackIsBack The fact is they contain 31.103 grams (1 troy oz) of pure gold, and weigh 33.930 grams. The American gold buffalo coin is .9999 and weighs 31.103 grams. I guess I don’t understand what you mean… do you think the gold eagles don’t actually contain the gold they say? Sounds like something China would do, not the US. I don’t know though these days.
@MONOPOLY35 YOU might think nothing of it, But it is debasement of currency none the less.
@MONOPOLY35 Most gold bullion is 99% + Pure Gold…
These coins arn’t made for circulation, There’s no reason to pollute the gold other than to rip people off.
It’s just a ‘clever’ way to clip coins.
Look up coin clipping and why it’s done.
A $50 American Gold Eagle weighs 1.0909 oz; Therefore, 91% gold is equivalent to 1 oz. The other 9% comes from harder metals because gold is a soft metal. American Gold Eagles are NOT a ripoff!
Is this the Fifth or Six Gold Rush Serial 2000 AD buy low , sell highest
want gold
91% Gold….. Fucking Crooks!!!
how much r those coins worth?
i was shocked its a 22k, i thought it was .9999 like the maple leaf.
I’m a big fan of your Spare Change series. That is how I started learning the history of the coins.
ahhhh!!
*LIKE*
Please continue making these vids!!!
They are a wealth of knowledge and entertaining to watch!!!
If possible please consider making a video on Walking Liberty Half Dollars. They are personally my favorite due to their artistic beauty.
The obverse design magnificent. The reverse design simply atrocious. The design is too cluttered which Augustus Saint Gaudens consciously avoided the first time he conceived the design for the gold $20 piece. The gold bullion design only cheapens the striding lady liberty design and a mismatch for the glorious obverse design. I would simply call this modern coins a mule, devoid of artistic value.
@markapsolon : That brings up an interesting point–two interesting points, actually: 1. The Constitution, not to dramatize, but to simplify, is a document which confines our government, not US. It’s a standing restraining order against, and job description for THEM. 2. President Reagan was actually making a gesture to the American people. You notice that his administration began to crumble from within shortly after he did this–the second president to dare to touch the “money box”.
@hoho69 “Bullion purpose” means that you are just wanting to have the physical gold and have no need for any numismatic (collectible) value.
